Stop me if you’ve heard this before: Chris Brown allegedly beat the crap out of someone early Sunday morning.
The singer was arrested in Washington, DC for allegedly attacking a man outside The W Hotel. Brown supposedly got into an argument with another man and allegedly started punching him.
While details are sketchy, police confirm that the singer, 24, was taken into custody and charged with felony assault. Another man, Christopher Hollosy, believed to be Brown’s bodyguard, was also arrested.
For those keeping record, Brown is still on probation for the Rihanna incident and, should the felony charges stick, he could be in violation of the terms of his probation.
