Arsenal Have Agreed A Fee Of £3.2m With Nice For Goalkeeper David Ospina.

Arsenal Agree Fee For Goalkeeper
The Colombia international was in fine form during the World Cup in Brazil this summer and is set to move to the Emirates after rejecting an offer from Spanish side Valencia. According to the Daily Mail, the 25-year-old will join Arsene Wenger’s side once personal terms have been agreed.

Ospina will provide competition to Wojciech Szczesny for the No.1 jersey. Wenger is desperate to add another keeper to his squad after allowing back-up stopper Lukasz Fabianski to join Swansea this summer on a free transfer.
The Gunners have also been linked with a move for Real Madrid’s Iker Casillas, but with Nice only asking for a low transfer fee, Wenger has now moved to make the World Cup star his next signing.

Valencia had shown an interest in bringing the keeper to Spain, but Ospina is believed to have rejected the move in favor of a switch to the Emirates.
