One thing you cannot take from the Arabs is the fact that if they want to do something, they get it done as fast as possible. The city of Dubai is in the business of setting the pace, and they are now set to build the the largest shopping mall in the world. One unique feature of this coming masterpiece is that it comes complete with climate-controlled streets, 100 hotel apartments, and the largest indoor theme park in the world.
