Manchester United vs. West Ham, Live

Manchester United vs. West Ham, Live: Paddy McNair starts
Teenage Paddy McNair starts in central defence alongside Marcos Rojo as Manchester United take on West Ham. Louis van Gaal has opted for the Ulsterman to start rather than Tom Thorpe along with Marcos Rojo in defence as Manchester United look to recover their form against West Ham.

Fortunately, the rest of the team is relatively injury-free, so Daley Blind, Ander Herrera and Angel di Maria start in midfield, with Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Falcao in attack as against Leicester. They did score three goals there, so that might not be the worst idea. Luke Shaw is the other player to make his debut, coming in at left-back with Rojo punted into the middle of the pitch. Rafael is somehow not injured.

This is probably going to end about 6-6.

Manchester United starting lineup: David De Gea, Rafael, Paddy McNair, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw, Daley Blind, Ander Herrera, Angel Di Maria, Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, Falcao.

Subs: Lindegaard, Valencia, Thorpe, Januzaj, Pereira, Mata, Fletcher.
