ASUU's Meeting To Call Of Strike Is Postponed To January 15, 2014

As a result f the lost of one of the prominent members of the union, Professor Festus Iyayi, who died in an auto crash on Lokoja-Abuja Expressway, on his way to Kano yesterday, for the union’s meeting.

ASUU, has postponed its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting, which was supposed to hold today, their decision to call off or continue the four months old strike embarked upon by the University lecturers 

was expected to be made at the meeting which would have been held today. The meeting is now scheduled to hold on 15 January, 2014.
