Here are some of their opinions;
Baba Suwe
Though I don’t have much to say, but it think it is very necessary at this particular point in time for the country for that Nigerians will say their mind.
Halima Abubakar
In a country where education, food, security among others is a major challenge to its citizens, organizing such conference is not necessary. They should try as much as possible, to wipe away all the negative values that our youths are coping from them and not organizing National Confab. The president might not be corrupt but most people that are working with him are corrupt. So, in my own opinion, I dont think the National Confab is necessary.
Bioldun Okeowo
For me, I don't have much to say on this topic. All I want to add is that, if this is properly managed, it will yield a positive result. To me, I don't think that is what the country needs now at this point in time. We have many problems facing the country like the issue of insecurity, unemployment and the present ASUU strike which has kept our undergraduates at home for some months now. Unless the president will put strategies on ground to ensure that positive results are realized from the confab.
Biola Ige
I think it is a good idea but the thing is that we all should pray that the idea works. The president should take drastic measures to ensure that the problem of the country is solved. The issue is that most times, the innocent citizens suffers this problem more.
Bob Manuel Udokwu
If the conference will move the country forward, bring solution to the many problems we have in this country and reduce the tension, misunderstanding, bickering and acrimony that pervades the system, then i'm up for it. But, if it is going to be another exercise in futility, a waste of funds,scarce resources, manpower and time of everybody, then I am not in support at all.
Femi Adebayo
This confab is a means to get the views of everybody, so that everyone's opinion will be adequately represented. It goes a long way in the amendment of our laws. I personally support it.
